Terms and conditions
Conditions for the purchase of tickets and table reservations for the Wiener Ball der Gastronomie on 28 January 2027.
Contracting party
The contracting party for tickets and table reservations is the Mozart Event Group as organiser.
Tickets and prices
Three categories are offered: promenade ticket €105, dinner ticket €195 and VIP dinner ticket €295. All prices are per person and include VAT, cloakroom and ball levies.
Ticket sales have not yet started. Prices and inclusions of each category apply subject to availability.
Table reservations, groups and companies
Seats at a table are tied to the dinner ticket and the VIP dinner ticket. Allocations for groups, teams and companies are agreed individually; please send enquiries to marketing@mozart.wien.
Withdrawal and exchange
Tickets for events taking place on a specific date are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in distance selling pursuant to section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG). Specific cancellation and exchange conditions will be published with the final terms.
House rules and admission
The ball rules of the Wiener Ball der Gastronomie and the house rules of Palais Auersperg apply. The organiser may refuse admission to guests who do not comply with the dress code or who disrupt the ball.
Programme changes
Changes to the programme, to individual show acts, to the menu or to the use of rooms are reserved and do not give rise to a claim for a refund as long as the event takes place overall.
