The Wiener Ball der Gastronomie upholds the refined conventions of traditional Viennese ball culture. Ladies: floor-length evening gown or formal ball dress. Gentlemen: black tailcoat with white bow tie, or dinner jacket with black bow tie.

Several salons and the winter garden host bars serving signature cocktails, champagne and sparkling wine throughout the ball night. In addition, selected Viennese specialities can be purchased on site.
