The Wiener Ball der Gastronomie celebrates its premiere on 28 January 2027 at Palais Auersperg. It is aimed at the people behind Vienna's culture of hospitality: restaurateurs, hoteliers, chefs, service professionals, industry partners, young talent and training institutions.
The ball combines classic Viennese ball culture — polonaise, midnight quadrille, ladies' gift — with cuisine and contemporary entertainment. Falstaff PROFI accompanies the ball as official media partner and stages the “Club of Legends” experience area. Concept and production are the responsibility of the Mozart Event Group.
