When you sign up for ball updates we store your email address together with the date and language of your sign-up. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We use the address solely to inform you about the programme, partners and the start of ticket sales. You may withdraw your consent at any time — via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Following withdrawal we delete the address.

When you send an enquiry we process your name, email address, optionally your business, the selected subject and your message in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

When this website is accessed, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation).

This website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and embeds no external tracking services. Fonts and images are served from our own server; visitors' browsers establish no connection to Google Fonts.

Should analytics or advertising tools be used in future, this will only happen after your consent via a cookie notice.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent you have given.
